- Chowlebration is available for bulk orders starting at ₱3,000.
- Party and function room packages are available at select Chowking stores.
Step 1: Reserve Your Preferred Schedule
- Visit your nearest Chowking store and coordinate with the store team regarding your preferred date and time.
- You may also contact the store directly by finding its contact details in the Chowking Store Directory.
- Share the following information with the store:
- Preferred date and time
- Preferred pickup, delivery, or function room arrangement
- Special requests or instructions
- For parties or function room use, refer to the Chowlebration Function Room page.
Step 2: Choose Your Menu and Pay the Down Payment
- Choose from the available Chowlebration menu items and packages for your event.
- To confirm your reservation, settle the following initial payments:
- At least 50% of the total food cost
- 100% of any non-food costs, such as streamers, balloons, dining utensils, party favors, cakes, and other event materials, when applicable
- Your booking will be considered confirmed once:
- The required booking documents have been completed and signed.
- The applicable initial payment has been settled.
Step 3: Settle the Balance, Receive Your Order, and Enjoy
- Settle the remaining balance within the payment deadline agreed upon with the store.
- Unless otherwise advised by the store, all outstanding Chowlebration costs must be fully paid at least three working days before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event date.
- Once payment is completed:
- Receive your order or proceed with your scheduled function.
- Enjoy your Chowlebration!

All Chowlebration bookings remain subject to the complete terms and conditions stated in the applicable Chowking Bulk Order Contract and confirmed by the participating store.
